Advanced Metalworking and Assembly Facilities
Ravebo boasts state-of-the-art facilities for metalworking, building, and assembly tasks. To facilitate product enhancements, we maintain a fully equipped building workshop with certified welders. Our welding workshop utilizes high-end welding tools and employs a variety of welding techniques, including MIG/MAG and TIG.
Specialized Calibration and Service for Detection Equipment
Service and calibration of detection equipment and analyzers is one of Ravebo's areas of expertise. With extensive experience and long-term partnerships in measuring process parameters, gas concentrations, and water quality, we offer service agreements that include periodic maintenance, checks, and calibrations. Whether it's on board or in our workshops in Rotterdam, we ensure the required service is carried out efficiently.
Reliable Calibration Identification System for Quality Assurance
To maintain the complexity and multitude of requirements associated with certification, Ravebo has utilized an internal control and approval system known as the Ravebo Calibration Identification System (KID) since 2008. The system operates on the basis of unique identification: serial number of the instrument in combination with the IMO number of the vessel. All measuring instruments are registered in this software package, enabling tracking of actions taken on these instruments. The KID system is designed to be modular and adaptable, ensuring swift processing of changes in laws, regulations, standards, and customer demands. This system allows us to maintain our quality, transparency for our customers, and our service at a continuously high level.
Detailed Documentation and Reporting Post-Service
Following maintenance and calibration, including any necessary adjustments, every instrument will be accompanied by a calibration report. You have the option to indicate the desired points for calibration in the report. Along with the report, you will also receive a logbook detailing the work performed on your instrument. This logbook provides a clear and concise overview of your instrument's condition.
